Hosts and staff were congenial. Prompt attention to concerns. Cleanliness of room was great, staff attentiveness to makeup and turn down was excellent. Good recommendations for dining, attractions. Food quality and quantity was beyond what was expected. Certainly will recommend to freinds and associates.

Found the staff to be helpful and friendly! The thoughtful touches like robes, candy, and cookies were very nice, as were the multiple refreshments (tea, lemonade and cookies, wine and cheese, Port in the evening). The breakfasts were spectacular. The building was charming.Just a terrific place to stay!
Parking was a bit of a hassle.

The breakfast was good.
From the moment I walked in I wasn't treated very well. Lots of miscommunication that never got better, through no fault of mine. We were with a small group and we each had older children who were constantly shushed even though adults were much louder much earlier in the morning. The customer service was poor which was too bad because the Inn is lovely.

Everything was simply high quality. Truly enjoyed my extra special stay for four nights. I had outstanding food for breakfast with huge smiles. Last time I stopped, had extremely pleasant room on the floors upstairs. The location was stunning and amazing, not far from the beautiful Lafayette Square and Cathedral of St John the Baptist and almost all attractions and Lafayette Square.
